Abstract: Based on the Biblical witnesses of the OT and the NT, the author presents the characteristics of the Spirit’s action in creation, in the creatures and in the church. He polemicizes against the conceptions that make the action of the Spirit abstract and inaccessible as well as against those that understand the Spirit as being available according to the demands and needs of the believers. After presenting his understanding of the foundational text of Pentecost, Acts 2: 1ff, he goes on to answer the various questions related to the action of the Spirit based on the Biblical witness as a whole.
