„Geist und Liebe“, in: Michael Welker, Gabrielle Oberhänsli-Widmer (Hg.), Jahrbuch für Biblische Theologie, Bd. 29 (2014): Liebe, Neukirchen-Vluyn: Neukirchener, 2015, 271-281.

The article illuminates the biblical notions of the „pouring of the Spirit” and “God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit” (Rom 5:5). As a result thereof, reductionistic images and concepts of love within the boundaries of bi-polar, simple “relations” have to be questioned and overcome. The article examines the multidimensionality of concrete phenomena of Divine and human love and the biblical descriptions of processes of “growing love” and the connected processes of growth in insight and ethical praxis.
