Zusammenfassung:\u00a0<\/em>Der Beitrag thematisiert angesichts evidenter Unrechtsverh\u00e4ltnisse in aller Welt zun\u00e4chst zahlreiche Vorbehalte gegen\u00fcber jeder Rede von Gottes Gerechtigkeit. Er zeigt dann die Schwierigkeiten auf, unter dem Titel \u00bbNaturrecht\u00ab normative Zusammenh\u00e4nge zu behaupten zwischen Gottes Gerechtigkeit, Regularit\u00e4ten und Ordnungen in Natur und Kosmos und politischen, rechtlichen und moralischen Bem\u00fchungen um die Errichtung zwischen-menschlicher Wohlordnung. Die Annahme eines \u00bbNaturrechts\u00ab muss sich \u00fcber die intrinsisch r\u00e4uberische Verfassung von Natur und Leben hinwegsetzen. Nicht die Kr\u00e4fte nat\u00fcrlichen Lebens, das auf Kosten von anderem Leben leben muss, sondern die gegenl\u00e4ufigen Kr\u00e4fte der Liebe und der Barmherzigkeit, der freien, sch\u00f6pferischen Selbstzur\u00fccknahme zugunsten anderen Lebens, die uns ebenso umgeben wie die Kr\u00e4fte der Natur, verweisen auf Gottes Gerechtigkeit, die durch Gottes Wort und Gottes Geist den Menschen zuteil wird.<\/p>\n

Summary:<\/em> The article first deals with a broad skepticism over against any talk about God\u2019s justice and righteousness in the face of evident injustice andcruelty across the globe. It then investigates the difficulties \u00bbnatural law\u00ab has to affirm normative interconnections between God\u2019s justice and righteousness, regularities in nature and cosmos, and political, legal and moral endeavors to establish good order among humans. All talk about natural law has to ignore the fact that natural life has to live at the expense of other life and takes on the form of robbery. It is not the dynamics of self-sustaining nature, but rather the equally ubiquitous dynamics of free and creative self-withdrawal in favor of others \u2013 dynamics evident in love, mercy and many forms of care far beyond the areas of family life \u2013 which direct our attention towards God\u2019s justice and righteousness. In God\u2019s Word and God\u2019s Spirit, these powers are given to humankind.<\/p>\n
